Hotel Senator Regulations

1. Check-in and Check-out

1. Commencement of the stay at the hotel constitutes acceptance of these regulations.
2. Rooms are rented on for a hotel day.
3. The hotel day lasts from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. on the following day.
4. Upon check-in, the Guest is required to present a valid ID. In the case of self-check-in, the Guest must present an ID to the reception staff on the following day after arrival or, upon request, provide an electronic version of the document.
5. In the event of refusal to present an ID, the receptionist has the right to refuse to issue the room key.
6. The Guest is required to enter their name and surname on the registration card and provide a signature. At the Guest’s request, the remaining data may be filled in by the receptionist.
7. If the Guest does not specify the length of stay, the booking shall be deemed to be for one hotel day.
8. An extension of stay must be reported to the reception by 9:00 a.m. on the day of departure. The hotel will consider the request subject to availability.
9. Remaining in the room after 11:00 a.m. will result in a charge for an additional hotel day at the full rate.

2. Rukes of Stay

1. The Guest may not transfer the room to other persons.
2. Unregistered persons may stay in the room only between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
3. If such persons remain after 6:00 p.m., they will be considered additional paying Guests and charged according to the current price list.
4. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize a credit card or request prepayment.
5. The receptionist may ask the Guest to settle the bill before departure.
6. Bed linen and towels are changed every 3 hotel nights and after each check-out.
7. Additional change of linen or towels is subject to a fee of 40 PLN per item.
8. Minors must remain under the constant care of adults. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for damages caused by children.
9. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. During this time, Guests must not disturb others.

3. Keys and Hotel Access

1. The hotel uses a system of entry cards and access codes.
2. Reception is open from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
3. After this time, access to the hotel is possible with the provided card or code.
4. The fee for losing a room key or entry card is 250 PLN.

4. No Smoking and Safety

1. Smoking of cigarettes and tobacco products is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel, including rooms (Act of 8 April 2010).
2. Violation of the ban will result in a deodorization fee of 1000 PLN.
3. For fire safety reasons, the use of heaters, irons, and other electrical devices not included in the room equipment is prohibited.
4. The use of open flames is strictly prohibited.
5. The use of chargers and power supplies for RTV and computer equipment is permitted.
6. Each time the Guest leaves the room, they should check that the door is properly locked.

5. Guest’s Responsibility

1. The Guest is financially liable for any damage caused to hotel property by themselves or persons visiting them.
2. Parents or guardians are responsible for the behavior and damages caused by children.

6. Hotel’s Responsibility

1. The hotel is not responsible for damage to or theft of the Guest’s car or other vehicle.
2. The hotel is liable for items brought by the Guest within the limits defined by the Civil Code.
3. The hotel is not responsible for money, valuables, securities, or items of scientific or artistic value left in the room.
4. Such items should be deposited at the reception. The hotel may refuse to accept them if they pose a security risk, are of excessive value, or are too large.
5. The hotel complies with the Standards for the Protection of Minors in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 28 July 2023 amending the Family and Guardianship Code and certain other acts.

7. Complaints

1. 2. The hotel provides services in accordance with its category and standard.
2. Any complaints regarding the quality of services should be reported immediately to the reception to allow prompt action.

8. Left items

1. Personal belongings left by a departing Guest will be sent back at the Guest’s expense, upon request.
2. If no instructions are given, the hotel will store the items for 3 months, after which they will be donated to charity or put to public use.

9. Violation of Regulations

1. In case of violation of these regulations, the hotel may refuse further service.
2. The Guest must then settle all outstanding payments, cover any damages, and leave the hotel immediately.
3. The hotel may also refuse accommodation to a Guest who seriously breached the rules during a previous stay.
